You will receive an email when your order ships. After your order ships, it will arrive at the shipping address within 3 to 7 business days. 

Please note that before we can ship, the processing time (the time it takes to fulfill your order before it ships) is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product, and it is calculated to be 2–5 business days. 

Please note that in, the delivery timeframe could be extended.

We may, or may not, be experiencing COVID-19 related delays with shipping and processing, so thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Carriers in general have both globally an in the US been experiencing slight delays in shipping, so please do allow for 5-9 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your ground orders to arrive.

We understand how important it is for you to get your product in time before a holiday. Holiday order deadlines are known as "order-by dates". These are suggested dates by which you should place orders for the best possibility to receive them in time for the holidays. 

We strive to make purchasing deadlines before a holiday known in advance, so that you may consider if we are able to deliver to you in time. If you order after any set deadline, it’s unlikely that you will receive the order in time for the holiday.

Please be aware that before a holiday, we might need more time than usual to ship the product to you. To be sure to get a product in time before a holiday, please consider if you are ordering early enough. 

In general, and as an estimate, for US orders, you may calculate 14 days delivery time with standard shipping. With express shipping, you may calculate 5 days. For international orders, you may calculate 21 business days with standard shipping. With express shipping, you may calculate with six days less, perhaps 15 days.

These are estimates, and the delivery time may change due to several factors outside our control. We are not able to promise you that our holiday order deadlines will not change. Our order deadlines may also differ by regions and countries because of local carrier delivery estimates.

We always work our hardest to get the product to you in time, but our fulfillment times and carrier shipping estimates may also change based on various factors, such as shipping delays, unexpected technical difficulties, or harsh weather.

If you moved or misspelt the address to send a gift to, don’t worry! You can change to the correct address for your order before it is dispatched if the new address is not in a different country.

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, and you report that you have not to receive it, this is a claim that must be made with the carrier.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. We are not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers. 

If you are unable to locate the package with the carrier, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped.

We use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver products and they cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

(Only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes). 

We therefore suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

For the moment we use packaging made of post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics. PCR plastics are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles. Most of our PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and wrapping films. We use 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for apparel products in our in-house facilities all over North America. We’ll keep exploring greener options.

The estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (how long it takes the seller to create and prepare them for shipment), and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the shipping carrier).

Processing time + Carrier transit time = Estimated Delivery Date

For example: If the processing time for an item you purchased is 2-7 days, and the transit time for the shipping method you chose is 3-4 days, your estimated delivery date is 5-11 days from today. 

The estimated delivery time will show upon checkout and are only available to visitors from these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. We are so sorry that you have received an item that you think is damaged! 

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or incorrect, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please note that we will require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays. Please contact us before returning any products.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. Please note that we are only able to consider claims made within 30 days of the stated/estimated delivery date.

We also do need to ask for your help in this process: 1) Please confirm to us that the shipping address was correct. 2) Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first and confirm the order number and your specific claim number so that we can have the documentation that you have been in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

If the tracking information you received states that an order was delivered, we will not take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer. 

TeesForToddlers will receive a notice once the order arrives back to our facility. We will then contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. Do contact us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. 

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

If you have received a damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty product, we will remake any faulty products, free of charge, if the issue was caused by us in the process.

Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork.

Items returned without an authorized return label from Customer Service will not be accepted. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

However, sizes are not exclusively age dependent. A child can be four years old and still fit into their 3T tee. Or a child can be 3 years old and will need a t-shirt in size 4T. Size 2T is clothing designed for a 2 to 3-year-old.

Please consider your child's specific weight, height and body bodytype  before a purchase. If you would like clothes to be a bit roomier for comfort or to grow in, consider ordering one size up.

European size 100 is about a 3T (and up to 4T) in the U.S. It'll likely fit a toddler weighing between 31 and 38 pounds, or up to a height up to around 40 inches.

Ok, so you've got a 2 year old, which is the same as 24 months. Why does tow sizes, which seemingly is the same, as 2 years is the same as 24 months. Which size should you buy?

Well, the difference between 2T and 24 months is your child and if he or she crawls or stands up. Why is that? 

Well, the silhouette for 24-month sizes is sightly rounder, which is just like it should be for a healthy, growing baby of any age who might still be crawling. 

Size 2T clothes, on the other hand, are intended for early walkers. The silhouette is less round and more upright to allow for easier movement as your little toddler starts to really get around and do his or her thing, namely to "toddle" around.

This also has to do with that a toddler standing up might be potty trained and does no longer need that extra room for diapers.

In general, sizes for toddlers and kids are usually made so that they end in the month stated. For example a 24 month item is made for 18 to 24 month old babies. A size 2T is generally made for a 2-3 year old child.
